【Usage Instructions】

  • Replace with an unopen, and new piece every week.
  • The outer layer of Stage3 is a waterproof film, which can be used for showering, or some activities like light yoga. Try to avoid strenuous exercise or a lot of sweating, such as swimming or bathing in hot springs.
  • If you sweat after a lot of exercise, change the dressing immediately to prevent the wound dressing from losing its adhesivity properties.

【Precautions】

  • If the patient has a story of skin-related illness or diabetes, the wound healing process will show a slower process than normal.
  • When using the Stage3 Scar Care dressing, make sure that there is no wound exudate prior to its application.

  • Please read these instructions before use, and follow closely.
  1. The gel should be larger at least 1 cm larger around than the wound.
  2. Trim any excess hair around the wound area, to ensure proper adhesion, and
    improved comfort.
  3. Clean the wound in accordance with normal procedures.
  4. Dry the surrounding skin thoroughly.
  • How do I apply the wound dressing correctly?
  1. Carefully remove the dressing from sterile packaging, and remove the lower release paper.
  2. Check the dressing alignment with the wound, and then with two fingers gently push outwards from the center of the dressing.
  3. Remove the upper plastic film, and gently press the dressing at the center and the four corners to ensure adherence.
  • How do I remove the wound dressing correctly?
    Gently stabilize the dressing with one hand, and then gently pull an edge of the dressing away from the skin with the other hand; separating the film from the skin surface. A sterile saline solution can be used to help removing when necessary.
